Helping The Community
Each June, Franklin BPW awards two scholarships: The Velma Smith Dalphond and Jackie O’Rourke scholarship. These scholarships are awarded based on financial need to women 25 years or older who work or live in the Franklin BPW membership area. These scholarships have enhanced the lives of local women who are working toward advancing skills and career through education. Franklin BPW has provided scholarship opportunities since 1953.
